The Seattle Seahawks defense got a shot in the arm when injured players, Chad Brown, Isaiah Kacyvenski and Ken Lucas returned to the practice field on Monday. The three, play an integral part in the Hawks defense and will be counted on this season to make huge contributions.

  Brown is a former All Pro Linebacker who recovering from a broken a foot that required surgery. Brown is a pass rushing specialist who can intimidate opposing quarterbacks.
