Seahawks Zero In on LB Prospect

Although the Seahawks found their MLB of the future in Lofa Tatupu, and Niko Koutouvides is a force on special teams, it appears that the team may have interest in this under-the-radar player. This ILB is a high-character run-stuffer, and the Seahawks may be flying him in in the very near future for a visit.

Sources have informed Seahawks.NET that Seattle has a definite interest in Notre Dame ILB Corey Mays, and the team may bring him in for a visit in the near future. Mays began his Notre Dame career as a special teams player, elevating his visibility in 2005. He started for the first time last season, racking up 80 total tackles (43 solo), 5.0 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles...
