The Seahawks could have their MVP running back on the field for the first time since mid-September. But their Pro Bowl passer might miss a fourth consecutive game. Shaun Alexander expects to practice Wednesday and possibly play against the 49ers on Sunday. More importantly, the Seahawks plan to have Alexander on the field.
