Rob Rang of NFLDraftScout.com has confirmed that the Seattle Seahawks have traded wide receiver Darrell Jackson to the San Francisco 49ers for a 4th round pick in the 2007 draft, the 124th pick overall.

The deal was contingent on Jacksopn passing a physical, which he took in San Francisco yesterday.
