Rob Rang of NFLDraftScout.com has confirmed that the Seattle Seahawks have traded wide receiver Darrell Jackson to the San Francisco 49ers for a 4th round pick in the 2007 draft, the 124th pick overall.

The deal was contingent on Jacksopn passing a physical, which he took in San Francisco yesterday.

Jackson has missed a total of thirteen regular-season games in the last two seasons with various injuries, though he did lead the Seahawks in catches (63), receiving yards (956) and touchdowns (10) in 2006.

Jackson was selected in the third round of the 2000 draft. He has started 90 of the 96 games in which he has played, and has amassed 441 receptions for 6,445 yards and 47 touchdowns.
