One day after signing quarterback J.P. Losman, the Seattle Seahawks waive second-year quarterback Mike Teel

The Seattle Seahawks continue to shuffle their quarterback position, waiving second-year quarterback Mike Teel on Wednesday.

Seattle sports radio station 950-KJR has confirmed the move, which Teel tweeted about earlier this evening.

"Thanks to everyone in Seattle. All of you have been great, I enjoyed my time here", Teel posted on Twitter.

A sixth-round pick (178th overall) out of Rutgers, Teel completed 48.8% of his pass attempts for 238 yards, 3 touchdowns, and an interception during the pre-season. Teel (6-3, 230) was the Seahawks' third quarterback for most of his rookie season.

The Seahawks signed veteran quarterback J.P. Losman on Tuesday.
