| Matt Hasselbeck has a major league arm, which he has learned to utilize under the tutelage of Mike Holmgren. A crisp passer, Hasselbeck can make all the throws and at times trusts his arm strength too much in throwing into coverage. For a power passer, Hasselbeck has displayed the ability to throw a moderate velocity ball underneath coverage. As he has gained experience, Hasselbeck isn't as easily rattled under pressure, but will occasionally throw an errant pass. Given time, Hasselbeck has improved against the blitz, with his recognition of the defense greatly improved. Has the ability to buy him time in and out of the pocket and has a knack of throwing a nice deep ball. |
