2004: Signed as a free agent, the former Colt and Saints wideout will challenge for a playing time in the three and four-receiver sets employed by the Seahawks on a regular basis.
Last year in New Orleans, Pathon started seven of 15 games and posted 34 receptions for 581 yards and 1 touchdown. His 17.1 yard average per catch was the best of his career.
Pathon still possesses enough speed to get behind defenders and has a knack for finding open spots in zone defenses. He also adds a consistent veteran presence to the wide receiver unit.
2003: Started 12 of 16 games for New Orleans and posted 44 receptions for 578 yards and four touchdowns.
2002: Signed with the New Orleans Saints as a free agent and started 13 of 14 games catching 43 passes for 523 yards and four touchdowns.
2001: Suffered a right foot injury in week 4 against the New England Patriots and was placed on injured reserve for the rest of the season. Still managed to catch 24 passes for 330 yards and two touchdowns.
2000: Started 10 of 16 games in his third season. Posted 50 receptions for a career high 646 yards and three touchdowns.
1999: Only started two of 12 games in his second season, but still posted 14 receptions for 163 yards.
1998: Had and excellent rookie season starting 15 or 16 games and posting 50 catches for 511 yards and one touchdown. Had the second-best rookie receiving totals to Randy Moss and was named to numerous All-Rookie Teams. |
