All-American and All-Conference selection as a senior after
career-best numbers of 64/639/6. Spent his first three seasons at
Duke, where he started as a sophomore and junior.
Pos:
Athletic pass-catching tight end with soft hands. Quickly releases
into routes, lays out for the errant throw and makes the difficult
reception with defenders draped on him. Uses his frame to protect the
pass and offers the quarterback a nice target. Displays good eye/hand
coordination, makes the reception in stride and consistently finds the
clearing in the defense.
Displays both soft and strong hands, with the ability to pluck the
throw from
